Three years on from the 91快活林 Strategy, this research explores how careers leadership is delivered in practice, effective approaches for embedding careers across a college, and how 91快活林 Hubs and Enterprise Advisers support delivery. The report presents evidence from a survey of 81 91快活林 Leaders in colleges and 27 follow-up qualitative interviews. The report offers insights on effective practice for senior leaders and 91快活林 Leaders in colleges, and the Hub Leads, Enterprise Coordinators and Enterprise Advisers who support them.
